At Aerial Motion Pictures (Fly ICARUS), we’re on the hunt for an experienced, results-driven Digital Growth Marketer to head-up our marketing efforts. Over the last 12 months in particular, we have embraced experimentation, testing exciting marketing initiatives and expanding our presence through a combination of partnerships, word-of-mouth, and online buzz.
We’re developing a line of exciting new products and now it’s time to take our marketing efforts to a whole new level!
As our Growth Marketer, you will be overseeing our paid and unpaid marketing activities, both online and offline and working closely with our team to identify and carve out a growth strategy… And you'll be actively encouraged to make the loudest noise, in one of the most exciting industries out there. You will have a strong understanding of content marketing, social strategies and digital marketing processes.
Develop and maintain an audit able marketing strategy
Create and mentor a team of junior marketing executives to develop a thriving and successful team
Develop and manage PPC strategies
Design and implement a contigious SEO Strategy across all our websites and product ranges
Recognise, test and implement new digital acquisition opportunities
Creating copy & content on a daily basis to promote our products and services, to generate leads for our Sales Team

2+ Years working in a similar role
A proven track record of creating and implementing content marketing products and plans
Strong and confident copywriting skills
Authorised to work in the UK
Website CMS administration experience
Graphic design experience (Canva/Photoshop)
Previous experience of Facebook & Google PPC/Advertising, strategy development & implementation
Experience with Google Analytics
Experience with Hubspot Marketing Tools
